Orders which are placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day. Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order as transported by Canada Post within Canada and USA Expedited within the US. Expedited shipping may sometimes be available, depending on the requirements of the shipping provider. Rates will be adjusted accordingly in this case. Expedited shipping is not always available. Please consult the chart below for a complete list of shipping options and applicable delivery times.

We ship our orders with either Canada Post or Midland Courier. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a reference number. You will be able to use this number to check the progress of your order at either canadapost.ca or midlandcourier.com. To find the status of your shipment select Reference Number when searching on either website.
All orders placed through our website are insured and will require a signature upon delivery. If there is no one available to accept the order at the time of delivery, a notification tag will be left and the order will be available for pickup at a local facility, the location of which will be indicated on your tag.

SHIPPING PROMOTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: The shipping promotions do not apply on the following: in-store only items, air conditioners, portable heaters, comfort floor underlay and 75m electrical wire. Promotions apply on online orders only on the amount before taxes. The available shipping discount will apply at the end of your order unless otherwise specified.
