Self-Service Return Instructions:

If you would like to return a product by mail, please complete the steps below for a quick, hassle-free refund.
It’s as easy as 1-2-3!*
*Please note that any orders returned after 30 days must be returned to one of our retail locations as you will need to present your credit card for the refund.

1. Return Items in Their Original Packaging:
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original “new” condition. If the item is defective or was damaged during shipping, please call Customer Service for instructions on how to return defective/damaged items.

2. Include the Packing Slip & Reason for Return:
If you did not keep a copy of your packing slip, you can easily print a new one. Simply Log In to your Kent.ca account (located at the top right of the screen). Select the order which contains the item(s) you wish to return and print a copy of the order.

If you do not have a Kent.ca account, then please include a printed copy of your shipping confirmation email from the original order or contact Customer Service at 1-877-445-3527 for assistance.

Complete the reason for return form.

3. Pack and Ship Your Return:
We recommend returning your purchase in the box it was originally shipped in. If you purchased more than one item and you are not returning all of them, feel free to choose a more appropriately-sized box for the item(s).

If you use the original box, please remove any existing labels and barcodes, or black them out with a marker.

Please repack the item carefully, including any packing material.

If Kent has provided you with a Canada Post return label by email, print and attach your new shipping label to the box. If you do not have access to a printer, contact Customer Service for assistance.

Take the box to the nearest postal outlet for return to:

Once we have received your return, the refund will be applied to the purchasing credit card and you will receive an email confirmation that your return has been processed.
